Premium Package (£299–£399 per year)

  • 2 full inspections + 2 gutter cleans per year

  • Moss/algae treatment included

  • Emergency call-out priority (no call-out fee)

  • 15% discount on repair/replacement work

Standard Package (£199–£249 per year)

  •  1 roof inspection + 1 gutter clean (spring/autumn)

  • Minor fixes included (reseating loose tiles, re-sealing small cracks)

  • 10% discount on larger repair work

Basic Package (£99–£149 per year)

  • 1 annual roof inspection

  • Photo/video report of roof condition

  • Priority booking if repairs are needed

Terms and Conditions

The following conditions apply to all roofing subscription services provided:
 

  •  The subscription does not cover pre-existing damage or defects present before commencement of the package. Any such issues will be identified during inspection and may require separate quotation and repair.

  • Safe and reasonable access to the roof area must be available. Where additional equipment (e.g., scaffolding, cherry picker) is required, this will incur an additional charge.

  • Subscription pricing is based on standard residential property sizes. Larger properties may be subject to adjusted pricing following assessment.

  • Properties with extended lengths of guttering beyond standard residential measures may require additional labour or materials, and will be priced accordingly.

  • Secondary roofs, such as those on extensions, conservatories, garages, or outbuildings, are not included within the base subscription and will be assessed individually.

  • Any issues involving pests, birds, or vermin (e.g., nesting in roof spaces or gutters) are excluded from standard subscription cover. These may be managed separately in accordance with wildlife and pest control regulations.

  • The subscription is intended for routine maintenance and minor works. Larger structural issues (e.g., timber decay, subsidence, significant roof replacements) fall outside of this package and will be quoted separately.
